Real expertise, made ready for a human-reviewed video handoff
B2B Expert Avatar Director is a text-based planning assistant and offline briefing workspace for established consultants, professional trainers, subject-matter experts and small expert-led firms. It helps turn knowledge you already have into a specific brief, reviewed narration and a self-contained prompt for a one-presenter social video in HeyGen.
Version 1.1.1 prepares instructions; it does not connect to HeyGen or generate a video. You supply the expertise, evidence and boundaries. An AI assistant can help shape them into a script and scene plan. You review the result, then copy it to HeyGen yourself, select an authorized avatar and voice, inspect the plan and rendered video, and make any production changes manually.
An operator is not always the viewer
Operator: the consultant, marketing assistant, content manager or agency member who prepares the brief and works with the assistant.
Viewer: the professional the video is meant to help—for example, a new manager facing a practical workplace question.
A buyer may be someone else again
Buyer or sponsor: the person who may fund the service, such as an HR leader. Keeping the commissioning buyer distinct from the intended viewer helps prevent a video from speaking only to the person operating or purchasing the workflow.
The expert remains responsible for the accuracy and authorization of the content, even when someone else operates the process.
The product is listed at €70; purchase and fulfilment are managed elsewhere. No subscription, HeyGen access or generation credits are represented as included here.
A good fit when you have something real to teach
The workflow is most useful when you have a real service, offer or body of expertise; can name a recurring audience question or problem; and are prepared to review claims before publication. It can support practical FAQs, explanations, frameworks, common mistakes, objections, service education and clearly labeled hypothetical examples.
Useful starting material
- A defined service, expertise area or relevant business context.
- A viewer’s situation, trigger, questions, constraints and desired useful outcome.
- Facts, source material, examples and credentials you authorize the assistant to use.
- Unknowns, assumptions and claims that must not be made.
A poor fit
- You expect the assistant to invent credible proof, testimonials, customer quotes, credentials or results.
- You need a complete production studio, automated social publishing, live analytics or a finished presentation course.
- Your work depends on multi-actor entertainment scenes, verified market research, audience interviews or campaign measurement.
- You have no defined expertise, offer or source material and do not intend to review the output.
An audience profile is a structured hypothesis based on the information supplied. It does not prove that the audience exists at an assumed size, has the assumed problem or will buy. User-provided or marked-approved claims are not independently certified by the product.
From a useful brief to a complete, copyable prompt
Start by describing the business or service, intended viewer, their situation and the useful outcome for one video. Separate operator, viewer and potential buyer or sponsor. Add the evidence and source material the assistant may use, and clearly mark unknowns and assumptions. Then choose the channel, format, duration, tone, call to action and visual preferences.
Narration, once
The prompt contains the complete requested narration script once, alongside one-presenter production direction. It can preserve wording you have locked while the assistant revises the surrounding script and scenes from your feedback.
The narration is grounded in supplied facts and boundaries. It is not a substitute for checking the source, claim, permissions or suitability of what you plan to say.
Scenes with estimated time windows
Scene order is accompanied by continuous estimated time windows, framing, visual and background notes, delivery direction, captions, sound and any requested short on-screen panel text. Optional panels are graphic or on-screen text instructions—not an imported slide deck or generated PowerPoint.
These are production requests, not controls that can force exact dialogue, duration, camera perspective, crop, acting, lip sync, pronunciation, captions, text rendering, sound mix or platform behavior.
Review the proposed angle, narration and scene plan before copying. The complete prompt is intended to stand on its own for manual pasting into HeyGen; HeyGen may interpret or render its instructions differently. Inspect the platform’s plan and final result, correct any inaccuracies or timing issues there, and only then decide whether to publish.
Timing is a review safeguard, not a runtime promise
The Studio estimates speech time from the narration’s word count, an estimated speaking pace and pause allowance. When narration is locked and will not fit the selected target, the workflow blocks the copyable prompt. To continue, choose a longer target or explicitly authorize shorter wording; the safeguard does not silently trim locked narration.
Editable starting defaults
- 45-second target, 140 words per minute and three seconds of pauses.
- Four scenes, English and vertical 9:16.
- One presenter visible throughout, restrained captions on, no music.
- Optional graphic panels off.
Studio planning bounds
- Duration target: 15–180 seconds, including decimals.
- Estimated pace: 80–220 words per minute.
- Pause allowance: 0–30 seconds, and below the total target.
- Scene count: one to eight.
These defaults and bounds are product planning choices, not HeyGen limits, scientifically established optimal settings or platform guarantees. Scene windows are estimates; rendered duration can differ. A person must review the actual script and video.
Brief Studio keeps revisions organized—by hand
The included offline HTML Brief Studio is a local workspace, not an AI model or hosted application. Bring content from the assistant into it, organize the brief and prompt output, and keep named videos and output versions with feedback you supply manually. The Studio does not sync with chat history or HeyGen.
Preview before you apply
When you want to carry a change back into the Studio, the assistant can return a separate update in a defined JSON format. The update is previewed and applied manually; it is not an automatic chat-to-Studio connection.
You can export, import and manually update briefs and prompt output. Keep exported backups separately.
Local means local, with limits
The HTML Studio makes no AI or network requests. Optional browser saves are unencrypted and depend on storage permissions and availability. There is no synchronization or automatic backup.
Avoid unnecessary personal or confidential client information. Pasting material into an AI service or HeyGen is a separate manual transfer governed by that provider’s own terms and data practices.
Standalone HTML in a browser is the intended route. A ChatGPT or Claude preview may restrict scripts, clipboard, file downloads or browser storage. Plain-text brief content is the fallback; native execution of the HTML as an in-chat artifact has not been established.
A manual, human-led production loop
- Supply the business, viewer, offer, evidence, constraints and one-video objective. Separate operator, viewer and buyer or sponsor.
- Review the proposed audience profile, angle, complete narration and scene plan. Correct assumptions and claims; resolve any locked-script timing warning.
- Copy the self-contained prompt and paste it into HeyGen yourself.
- Select an available, authorized avatar and voice in your own account. Review HeyGen’s plan, make the generation decision and inspect the result.
- Correct script, timing, pronunciation, captions, framing or graphics in the platform as needed. If useful, bring feedback or a revised brief back to the assistant and manually update the Studio record.
The package does not inspect a HeyGen account, select an avatar or voice, upload assets, import a project, render or download a video, spend credits, publish, schedule or fetch analytics. It does not generate images, a complete slide deck, a course, an LMS or a multi-person movie scene. It does not perform interviews, market sizing, customer validation, competitor research or campaign measurement.
Use authorized avatars, voices and assets. Check the factual, legal, privacy, accessibility, advertising and platform requirements that apply to your situation. The workflow is not professional legal or compliance certification.
Included in the version 1.1.1 package
Portable planning files
- Corrected agent source.
- Portable Project instructions and knowledge for a supported ChatGPT or Claude Project or chat, subject to the service’s current file, instruction and account limits.
- Offline HTML Brief Studio and setup guide.
- A fictional example prompt.
A candid native-install status
Saving the corrected native skill to the originating account failed after two server errors. The existing saved native skill remains on the prior release. Corrected v1.1.1 source is included, and the fixed portable Project instructions are available, but uploading knowledge alone does not install a native skill.
There is no separately verified native Claude installer or account activation in this package. Native installation and activation in a real ChatGPT or Claude interface have not been established.
Host and account capabilities may differ. A portable manual configuration is not evidence that a native skill has been installed, saved or activated.
Validation has boundaries
The package reports 25 JavaScript scenario groups, 31 emulated UI groups, 21 Python checks, four Node checks and 12 structural or portability checks. Fresh workflow runs exercised prompt creation, manual update handling and the locked-script timing safeguard.
These are package-reported checks of product logic and document structure, not independently verified by MiReVerse. The emulated UI groups are not real-browser tests. They do not measure response quality across all models or establish user outcomes.
Not verified in this audit
- Actual browser or device behavior, permissions, clipboard operation or in-chat artifact execution.
- Independent native installation or account activation in Claude or ChatGPT.
- A HeyGen render, prompt adherence, video timing, audio or scene quality.
- Accessibility or compliance, validated demand, engagement, leads, conversion or commercial return.
No promised outcomes
The product does not promise virality, cost reduction, stronger engagement, sales or a specific time saving. No customer study has established a lift in views, watch time, engagement, leads, conversion, revenue or willingness to pay. Manual transfer and revision may offset preparation effort.
No integrations, autonomous generation or publishing, analytics, customer studies or endorsements are represented. ChatGPT, Claude and HeyGen subscriptions, credits and third-party rights are not included. License, support and future-update terms are unspecified; no terms are implied here. The user remains accountable for the facts, permissions and final video.
