For founder-led specialist consultancies and agencies with usable project records. Supply an authorized SOW, budget, time and cost exports, remaining-work estimate and approved policies. The strongest demonstrated workflow prepares engagement margin scenarios, missing-evidence questions and a decision packet for a responsible person to check—not a decision the software makes for your firm.

What it does today

Packages 51 skills and a local review workspace; computes a bounded set of fee, cost, EAC, margin, capacity and receivables metrics with Python. Other skill outputs are AI-prepared drafts requiring source and judgment review. A fictional demo and 62 Python plus 18 viewer tests passed locally.

What it does not do

It is not an AI CEO, live dashboard, accounting audit, authenticated approval system or connected CRM/PSA tool. It does not independently authenticate source files, guarantee correct analysis, send client messages, quote, sign or move money.

Evidence and limits: No completed commercial pilots, measured time or profit gains, full 50-skill target-host validation, authenticated Claude acceptance, complete ChatGPT acceptance, or real-browser accessibility review. The 450 specified behavioural cases remain unrun. Imported snapshots are labelled unverified; stored approvals and source hashes are not tamper-proof. Buyer must confirm client-data permissions and AI-host settings before uploading records.

Requires an appropriate AI host with access to authorized files and Python 3.10+ for full calculations. No AI host subscription, setup service or live app integration is included.
